Annual Art and Craft Exhibition ‘Brush and Beyond’

A special highlight of the day was the school's annual Art and Craft Exhibition ‘Brush and Beyond’ which was a vibrant showcase of students’ talent, featuring a diverse range of artworks and crafts created by students of various classes and age groups. The exhibition included innovative sculptures, vibrant paintings, delicate origami, and imaginative crafts, demonstrating the students' expertise in different mediums and their ability to think creatively. The event was a celebration of the students’ talent, providing a platform for them to express themselves, showcase their skills, and receive appreciation and recognition from their peers, teachers, and parents. The exhibition was a testament to the school's commitment to fostering artistic expression and nurturing student’s creative talent. Additionally, the kite flying activity added a fun and engaging element of the day. Parents enjoyed spending quality time with their children, flying kites and creating wonderful memories together.

CSRI visit to Lucknow

From January 6 to January 8, 2025, students in grades IX and XI went on an excellent educational tour to Lucknow to visit CSRI facilities including as CDRI, IITR, NBRI, and the Birbal Sahani Institute of Paleosciences as part of a Jigyasa Government effort. The tour provided firsthand experience with cutting-edge research in medication development, toxicity, botanical science, and paleo science. Students met with professionals, witnessed live experiments, and investigated fossil collections, herbariums, and advanced scientific gear. Aside from academics, students explored Lucknow's prominent sites, such as Kukrail Forest, Bara Imambara, and bustling markets. The tour combined theoretical knowledge with real-world applications, encouraging students to pursue professions in science and innovation.

Parents’ Orientation Session (Class VIII)

The Parents’ Orientation Session for the Integrated Program for Class VIII was held on January 4, 2025 in the school auditorium. The event aimed to introduce parents to the structure and benefits of the program, designed to ensure holistic academic growth and prepare students for competitive examinations. The session highlighted the importance of aligning the school curriculum with future academic and career aspirations. Parents were made aware about the integrated program’s objectives, which combine CBSE curriculum with preparation for national-level competitive exams like JEE, NEET, CUET, CLAT and other aptitude-based tests. The session also included testimonials from parents of alumni who had benefited from similar initiatives, sharing the success stories of their wards and how the program helped them achieve their goals. A question and answer session allowed parents to address their queries and concerns, with the school faculty providing clarity on program logistics, study materials, and the role of parental support. The session was well-received, with parents expressing confidence in the program's ability to shape their children’s academic and personal growth effectively.

On shifting family to Bhopal in April 2022 from a small town Gadarwara, one of the worries was to find a good school for admission of son Sagar Nigam in class Xth. Based on inputs from peers; we scanned few schools like SPS, Campion, DPS and few other institutions of repute. First challenge was to get Registration in Class Xth with CBSE, being a transfer case. While our son cleared entrance test of schools, SPSRN assured to extend all help for CBSE regn matter. Known to be an institute of academic excellence and professionalism, we admitted our in SPSRN. We were initially sceptical on whether our son would adjust to new school environs with big establishment and so many students. He had all through studied in humble schools. While the CBSE regn formalities were cleared seamlessly by August, Sagar also picked up well in his class with able academic guidance from school. He showed improvement in studies as well as extra-curricular areas such as quizzes. With continuous efforts of teachers and focused studies, Sagar cleared 10th Board exams with flying colours topping the school's Leader board. SPSRN was kind enough to consider Sagar for merit scholarship. From class 11th onwards, in addition to regular classes, SPSRN initiated Sparks Batch for students vying for engineering entrance exams. This step certainly depicted school's outlook of taking care of bright students who have potential to excel.\r\nThe unstinted curricular support of school teachers and management continued resulting in Sagar once again getting rank position in final exams. As session 2024-25 for 12th Standard is coming to close, we have witnessed unwavering efforts of all teachers throughout the year in ensuring that the students get to completely learn their subjects for 12th exam as well as JEE. There have been regular interactions of school staff with students and parents giving in-depth analysis of their strengths and areas of improvement. Close monitoring of progress has helped in students’ academic enhancements. Ample study materials and question papers are being provided for practice helping in progressive improvement. The school has state of the art academic and extra-curricular infrastructure. The school canteen serves healthy and hygienic food for its day scholars. The transport facility is professionally managed. The school is always approachable to students and parents for any issue. Discipline is encouraged and sportsmanship is promoted. Any student requiring medical assistance is promptly attended. We would like to express our gratitude to senior faculty and all teachers of school have been putting their best efforts in shaping Sagar's academics and bright future.

I have liked the overall conduct of Sagar Public School Rohit Nagar. My Daughter is in 10th and this is very crucial year to upgrade herself for good future prospects. The school is organising two Pre Board exams which are followed by focused classes on concept clearance with guidelines to score good marks and awareness to avoid mistakes. Through this I have seen my daughter becoming more confident to face final board exams. I have experienced through my daughter that school admistration is continuously thinking about betterment of the children and bringing children's focus on arresting small mistake and giving them constant practice to make them exam ready. I hope that more audio visual aids are developed for the Maths and Science concept understanding and future application of these concepts must be clarified to students. I am Dr Anubhuti Jain. Both my sons are studying in Sagar Public School Rohit Nagar branch. We are lucky to have a school where children are taught regarding every aspect of life; they become independent, helping, sensitive for other’s problems and even they are capable of solving them also. One most important thing is the initiative of integrated classes by the school. It is actually a boon to children of 9th class. Actually every parent becomes anxious about preparation for competitive exams at this stage, so many students goes to coachings also, but overall development of child suffers when they leave school as well as their school bonding, their friendship everything gets compromised, so SPS has given a promising solution with integrated classes beginning from 9th standard for Maths and Science for competitive exams, where during school timings the children learn concepts and regular tests are also going on with proper doubt clearing sessions. This prepare them well for future competition in healthy environment of school, they are preparing for competitive exams in school only and as a result they get proper time for personal study. Also there are lots of extracurricular activities, sports opportunities, robotics, computer programming, swimming and yoga. The school understands the child's interest and the enrichment classes increase skills of the children. Both my sons are Olympiad toppers at zonal level and this would not have been possible without Sagar Public School’s teaching and environment. SPS, Saket Nagar has been established by Shri Agrawal Educational and Welfare Society, Bhopal and is affiliated to CBSE, Bharat. The School is centrally located and is easily accessible. The school is spread over 4 acres of scenic beauty. The School aims at development of the potential and the ability of each child.
